Rapid Cabs have recently adopted a new complaints procedure.

All complaints now received by Rapid Cabs will be promptly acknowledged, a member of staff will email or telephone the customer to acknowledge receipt of their complaint.

Upon doing this, a swift and efficient investigation into the complaint will begin immediately and a response to the complaint will be received no later than 72 hours after the acknowledgement of the complaint.

In order to receive your complaint in a quick and efficient manner there are four ways to report your complaint:

All complaints are treated with the strictest confidence and we will deal with all complaints as a matter of urgency regardless of the nature of the complaint.
