E-BOOKING INFORMATION

 

The following page provides information on Rapid Cabs E-Booking.

 

E-Booking allows you to book you car online whether it is for five minutes time or even up to a year in advance. After filling in the form on the registration page you will receive a username and password to use the E-Booking system.

After pressing the Log In button on our E-Booking webpage you will see the following screen.

 

After Logging in you will see the following page:

 

Here you will input your job details and then book your car. To put in your address, type in the first four letters of the address and a list of places should display on the screen, you then click the address which is relevant to your pick up, if the address cannot be found please email bookings@rapidcabs.com 

 

Once, you have completed the booking and clicked the book this job as cash, you will see the following screen

 

This screen will give you details that your car has been booked and the current status of your job in "real time", such as the following which shows various status for the job:

You can also check the Job Status, Job History, Default Jobs and your Profile.

 

Important!

Please note that all taxis booked on E-Booking for a future time will be dispatched 10 minutes before the booking time, if more than 10 minutes would be required for a car to reach your pick up point please make your booking for an earlier time.
